For this 3 story, 3 stop, 2000 lb capacity residential project in Miami, Delco Elevator Products worked closely with Brouss Elevator to ensure that all requirements were addressed and all restraints considered in the design of the MRL solution. Delco delivered the complete package including the elevator cab, all entrance doors, guide rails and structure, geared machine and all hoistway components. Delco managed all logistics within a 12-week turnaround. Furthermore, Brouss Elevator appreciated the customization of the machine color and branding.

We are proud to share our most recent MRL Project in New Jersey, a residential building, where Delco delivered a 3,500 lbs, 200 fpm, 4-stop elevator despite significant challenges. Initially, the project was awarded to a contractor using a different package manufacturer, but after the building was constructed, they failed to deliver. We had to adapt our design to fit the existing specifications and expedite the entire process. Remarkably, Delco managed to manufacture and complete the package within 35 days after receiving approvals and payment, successfully delivering the entire project in under 12 weeks. This achievement highlights our team's dedication, flexibility, and commitment to excellence.

For this 6-stop, 2500 lb capacity project in Montreal, Delco Elevator Products worked closely with Adams Elevator to ensure that all requirements were addressed and all restraints considered in the design of the MOD Package. Delco delivered geared machines with sheave brake/dual voltage motor and encoder, together with a custom bedplate system and custom deflector sheave assembly. The machine model utilized is the HGD245. Delco managed all logistics for this project and delivered the package within a 12-week turnaround.
