Damaged Shipment

We pack every shipment with extra care. However, in the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damage and let us know right away. Please also notify the carrier and file a claim. The carrier should inspect the shipment and damage to ensure your claim is processed as quickly as possible.


We will accept returns for 12 months from the invoice date. To return parts or components, please provide your purchase order number, date of purchase and invoice number. The part or component must be in original condition. The product serial number and job site picture/video may be requested in some situations. Delco will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a credit less 25% restocking charge, or $20.00, whichever is greater.

Delco is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, labour or other costs, direct or consequential, arising out of the replacement, use of, or misuse of our products.
